PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Dissolution of Bank Subsidiary Notice is hereby given that Midland States Bank, an Illinois state-member bank with its main office located at 1201 Network Centre Drive, Effingham, Illinois, has submitted an application (the ?Application?) to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation requesting approval for Midland States Bank to assume all the assets and liabilities of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Love Funding Corporation, a Virginia corporation with its main office located at 1201 Network Centre Drive, Effingham, Illinois, following the voluntary dissolution of Love Funding Corporation. This notice is published pursuant to Section?18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
